Role Description: Join Team #Baonanas as a Guest Services Bear and become the smiling face that welcomes guests to our world of happiness! As a Guest Services Bear, you'll embody the spirit of Baonanas, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience filled with joy and delight. Imagine being a hospitable dessert bartender (or Baotender) where you intently listen to why our guests came in today and you curate an experience specifically made for them. At Baonanas you'll learn the difference between hospitality and service and why there is purpose and meaningful work in what we do here.. You'll be a part of a special team that is centered on creating impactful connections within our community and spreading happiness.
Responsibilities:
Create an exceptional first impression by delivering top-notch guest service with a warm and welcoming attitude
Master the art of scooping perfection, consistently serving precise portions and presenting our products at the highest standard.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work station, including the scoop area, to uphold our hygiene standards.
Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and team members.
Handle cash transactions accurately and follow established procedures for cash management.
Open and/or close the location according to the provided checklist, ensuring smooth operations.
Assist in packing and prepping for Catering & Markets/Events operations.
Prepare fruits, toppings, cups, and other Baonanas materials with care and attention to detail.

Shift Expectations:
Available for Opening and/or Closing shifts
Opening Shifts: 10am to 3-6pm
Closing Shifts: 3-5pm to 930-10pm (store hours may extend for the summer)
Saturday and/or Sunday Shifts are a must
Compensation Expectations
Starting Pay $15.54/hour - $17/hour
**On average, Baonanas GSBs earn an additional $5-10/hr when you factor in tips!**

**Job Description:**
Team #Baonanas seeks a passionate, dedicated, and dependable Kitchen Assistant Manager Bear to support our Kitchen Bear in leading our expanding team of Kitchen Bears.
**Responsibilities:**
- Learn and master recipes for all flavors across wholesale, retail, and catering segments.
- Respect and uphold the confidentiality of our recipes, procedures, and practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment.
- Drive productivity and efficiency in kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all food preparation areas according to hygiene standards.

**Salary Expectations:**
$15.54-$17 per hour
**Hour Expectations:**
20-30 hours per week

Monday-Friday: 10am-6pm (2-3 days)
Saturday-Sunday: Hours TBD
